Arthur P Topoulos MD, FACP, FSVM, is a Vascular Medicine specialist and vascular interventionalist. He is the director of the Vascular Medicine and Endovascular Medicine program at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and medical director of the noninvasive vascular lab at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and as well as the outpatient vascular testing sites.
Dr. Topoulos completed his Internal Medicine residency at Lankenau Hospital, followed by fellowship training in Vascular Medicine at the Cleveland Clinc Foundation. After 1 year on staff at to Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Dr. Topoulos continued his fellowship training in interventional radiology at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, ShadySide Hospital. Since completing his interventional radiology fellowship, Dr. Topoulos has been with Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he developed the Vascular Medicine program including performing endovascular procedures Penn Presbyterian Center. His spectrum of practice include treatment all aspects of the vascular disease including peripheral arterial disease, cerebrovascular disease and venous thromboembolism and superficial venous reflux disease. Dr. Topoulos is also engaged in medical device clinical trials.
